Many people feel some relief after the first Alexander Technique lesson. Ten lessons are recommended as an initial commitment
in order to understand what the work is about. Some people continue on as their lives change in unforeseen positive directions.
Some people discontinue lessons when their pain subsides. There is never pressure to take any particular number of lessons.
Progress is gradual and there will be times when patience is the key to success. The results can be profound.
